I am a compassionate and creative counsellor, welcoming clients from all backgrounds into my pluralistic and person-centered practice. I offer tailored therapies that can include creative expression, art, play, solution-focused, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring personalised support for overcoming obstacles and fostering personal growth. I acknowledge the impact of global and societal discourses on individual wellbeing and mental health, and am committed to working towards positive connection for social change.

I offer counselling online, by phone, and in-person sessions at Miramar Natural Health Clinic (9 Park Rd, Miramar – by the Roxy).
Therapy should be accessible
By default, the charge is $120 per 50 minute individual session.
Sliding scale / pay-what-you-can options are available on request.
